Refund , Exchange or Return Policy

At John Warren, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality fragrances crafted with care and precision. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and other fragrance products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or delivered.
We do not accept return, exchange, or cancellation requests after an order has been placed and confirmed.

Refund Policy for Failed Transactions

In case of a failed or incomplete online transaction, any amount debited from your account will be automatically refunded to the original payment source.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account (depending on your bank’s processing time).

Shipping Charges for Order Issues

Customers will be responsible for forward and return shipping costs in the following situations:

1. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

If the address, pincode , or contact number provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery.

2. Unavailability at the Time of Delivery

If the customer is unavailable to receive the package or refuses delivery, causing the order to be returned to us.

In such cases, reshipping charges will apply if the customer requests re-delivery.

Replacement Policy

We take utmost care while packing your order. However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product, we’re happy to assist with a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • A clear unboxing video (from the start of opening the parcel) is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.

  • Once verified, a replacement will be arranged for the same product.

Please note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
